Delivery

All orders and deliveries are being handled by our business unit in Ljubljana (Ob Zeleznici 30a, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia). For all orders over 99,00 € delivery is free of charge. Goods purchased in our online store, we deliver anywhere in Europe at a single price.

The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is GLS, but the provider reserves the right to select a different delivery if the order will be fulfilled more efficiently.

It is the provider's obligation that the goods or services are delivered/performed in the promised timeframe.

The buyer will receive ordered goods at the address, which he stated (home, work, or a third party- in the event of delivery to a third party, the provider will check the credibility of the order). The person who will receive the goods must show the appropriate document (ID card, passport, driver's license) as well as pay for the product. The receiver with his signature confirms acceptance of the goods.

The cost of delivery to the value of 99,00 € shall be borne by the buyer, who is already noted with this during the process of purchase.

If you, at the time of delivery, find out that the item was damaged in shipment, some parts are missing or there are signs of opening, you can file the procedure for compensation. The damage report must be filed within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package to the e-mail address info@itaksport.com or by phone at the number + 386 59 094 030. Along with the report, we will also need photographs of the package (internal) packaging, photographs of the damaged goods, GLS label and a description of the injury. With our agent, you can also arrange the picking up of the damaged package from your address.
