Mode of delivery - Teritory of Slovenia:
For deliveries in Slovenia, business unit in Ljubljana (Kajuhova ulica 32R, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia) is responsible.
Items ordered in our online center will be delivered anywhere in Slovenia at a single price. The delivery charge on the territory of Slovenia is € 5.90, regardless of weight, quantity or value of the order. For orders over € 99.90 and products where it is specifically stated, we will deliver the shipment free of charge.
The contract partner for delivery in Slovenia is GLS, but the provider retains the right to choose another delivery service, if contract can be completed more efficiently.
Orders accepted until 12 pm on working day, leave our store the same day, orders taken after 12 pm on working day, leave our store the next business day. In this case the product is at your address within three working days from order.
Mode of delivery - Abroad:
For deliveries abroad business unit in Ljubljana (Kajuhova ulica 32R, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia) is responsible.
For orders over € 199.90 and products where it is specifically stated, we will deliver the shipment free of charge.

If items are damaged during transport (package), then immediately inform a courier that has delivered the shipment. In the case of hidden damage of the item the customer is obliged to notify the delivery service in 8 days, counted from the date of shipment received. Prior that we must assess together that the damage was caused only when the shipment was in possession of delivery service.
In the event that the product is currently not in stock, we will inform you by sending the messages by electronic mail or on your phone, which you entered upon registration at our online store.
